What a Picture!


I was about to open the car door and go to office when I noticed this half transformed larva. Then instead of opening the car door I opened my camera! I am so pleased with the result.

that is a *fabulous* picture!

but...because i'm a biologist and finicky...that's not a larva, it's an emerging adult...though not sure if it's a butterfly or moth :-D
