Mridula my friends trekked to Goecha la in Kanchenjunga national park.Its like a 7 day trek.But u can do Changu lake(near Ganktok),kanjanunga base camp or something depending on which part of sikkim u r going.North sikkim has a lot of beautiful places but u need to take permission for many.

Vathsan, recommend me some places in North Sikkim, just to visit, if not trek.
And are you sure about trekking in the last week of December? I mean most of the places are supposed to be snowed out? And thanks a lot for all the comments and help.
