Sometimes the Taj Mahal can Look Like This!

On July 21, 2006 one pillar of Taj had these braces.

I have Princess Diana and many other in front of Taj Mahal but I liked what I saw here, apart from the sticks in the hands of people in the hands of people handling the garden mowing activity.

This one is for Flygirl. When I posted this picture of flowers on this incredible medow called Gurson Baghyal, she wanted to see a closeup of the white flowers. So here it goes, white with blue too.

Tailor Bird Weaves a Nest

A Tailor start weaving a nest in the leaf of a potted plant. I followed its progress with a lot of curiosity.

Soon it became a proper nest, and even had a small egg in it. Try as I might it was too dark inside the nest and I could not capture the egg in a picture. I gave up, thinking I would try again, after all I go to office five days a week. So, today in the morning as I entered I looked for the nest, only to find that the particular leaf has vanished from the plant.

I wish I knew the names of the flowers above. I also wish I would not go too close to the object when taking pictures in the close up mode.

Flygirl that white flower closeup has to wait as the image is on my laptop and my nephews have captured my laptop these days, I can hardly put my hands on it.
